PAYMENT TERMS:

18% Buyers Premium (Cashier's Check and Credit Card)
15% Buyers Premium (Cash Only)
CA Sales Tax: 9.00%
No Personal or Business Checks
Deposit:      
  • $200.00 Cash Deposit required to get bidders card. 
  • Deposit is refundable, unless you're the highest bidder and you did not pay your purchase.
Additional Deposit and Payment:     
  • During the Auction, Buyer is required to maintain 25% deposit on all items purchased, so you are not interrupted during bidding, please leave your additional deposit with the cashier.
Preview Dates & Times:
  • Inspection preview before the Auction.
  • Other inspection preview times and dates will be posted and advertised as needed.
  • Please Inspect Prior to Bidding.  While descriptions are believed to be accurate, The East L.A. Auction Company and Auctioneer, make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value, or condition of the property to be sold at Auction.
Purchasing:  
  • All Purchases must be paid in full and removed within 48 hours, unless other arrangements are made by or with Auctioneer.
  • Invoices can be paid by Cash, Cashier's Check, and Visa.  (No Personal or Business Checks)
  • Reseller's must have a valid resale license on file prior to invoicing.
Removal:
  • No merchandise will be released during the Auction Sale.
  • Please do not remove any items without Supervision from Auction Personnel.
  • All items must be paid in full prior to removal.
  • Removal is the Buyer's responsibility, so bring help, rope, dolly, padding, and boxes.
  • Any and all items not picked up by due time will be deemed abandoned and your deposit/payment forfeited.
  • Please bring your original paid invoice for pick-up or have freight company bring copy of paid invoice.
  • Pick-up and transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the successful bidder. No loading dock or fork lift is available.
  • Inspect your item(s) to insure they match the description of the item you purchased. If there is a dispute about an item, it must be handled at the time of pick-up in the presence of an East L.A. Auction Company Personnel.
